We strictly advise that no one below the age of 18 should make orders without parental/guardian consent. ADAAROMAS and its associates will not be responsible for orders placed by minors without due approval. Refund/replacement in such cases will be at the company’s sole discretion.

Cancellation Window

Any of our respected Customers can CANCEL their respective orders within 24 Hours of placing the order and there will be NO CANCELLATION FEE.

If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, then it might attract courier charges (one side only) i.e. sending the order back to us, as applicable by our courier service providers (DTDC / Speed Post). Waiving off such charges will be purely at the discretion of the management of ADAAROMAS OPC PVT LTD.

Eligible Items/Services

All items ordered will be eligible for replacement in case found broken or incorrect, and cancellation will be possible as per the TAT (Turnaround Time) mentioned above.

Procedure to Cancel the Order

Cancellation requests should be sent via the same registered mobile number and email ID used during order placement. Please email us at admin@adaaromas.co.in with the following format:

• Email Subject: Order #123456789 : Cancellation Request
• Body: Customer name, phone number, and cancellation reason.

Our team will contact you for confirmation. Refunds will be processed in the original mode of payment or as per mutual agreement.

Refund Method

Refunds will be initiated in the same mode of payment once the returned order is received at our office. In case the product is found used or damaged (perfume products cannot be accepted once opened/used), no refund will be processed. For COD orders, refunds are not applicable unless approved by the management.

If the 24-hour cancellation window is missed, return courier charges may apply, which may be waived at the discretion of ADAAROMAS OPC PVT LTD.

Conditions for Return

Orders can only be returned within 24 hours of delivery if:

• The wrong order has been delivered.
• The order is broken/damaged upon delivery. (Strictly advised to refuse the broken order at delivery and immediately email us with a picture at admin@adaaromas.co.in)

Important Notes

- Only unused and sealed products are eligible for return.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval.
- Management decision will be final for all refund and replacement cases.
